Happy Chinese New Year!!!

New Year Eve

Initially wanted to go out with besties,
but in the end it was cancelled...
So my Dad drove us over to my uncle hse over at chai chee,
for our reunion dinner...
Stayed till quite late,
after which we went home...

Day 1 of CNY

Waited for my relative to visit us,
After which,we went to my Dad's friend house for visiting...
Somehow,I seems to think that new year is getting more and more boring...
I used to get excited over cny when I was younger,
But as I grew up,
The feeling seems to gone...
And I don't know why?

Day 2 of CNY

Had steamboat session at my house...
Afterwhich went to my yima house for visiting...
Stayed there for quite awhile,
and cousin wei gave me some clothes and bags,
so nice of her...
Anyway, we went over to "Chun Dao He Ban"...
We went there every year during cny...
But it was too crowded ytd,
we just walk around and decide to come another day...
Daddy bought us to KFC,
Afterwhich home sweet home...

Day 3 Of CNY

Went to Aunt house for visiting,
And had mahjong session with my cousin...
Finally, I managed to played mahjong...
I haven played mahjong for the year 2008...
And today was the first time I am playing for the year...
Lost 2 bucks...
lol,small money...
After headed to my Dad friend's house...
But on the way hui called me and ask me to go over to Owen house,
So I told my parent that I wanted to go my friends house,
And my dad drove me back to woodland...
Meet up with aby and hui at 888 plaza,
after which we walked to owen house...
Owen's family was super friendly,
espcially his mother,
she went to the extent of singing karoke to us...
Anyway we waited for the rest to arrive,
Shortly after that,
Benny and Raymond arrive...
They had their dinner after which we went to play ban luck,
Owen's bro also join in...
Few hours ltr,
Aaron called to say he ming yong is coming...
So we waited for them,
when they came,
We went to take a bite for awhile,
And then continued playing ban luck,
Managed to win 10+ bucks...
After which my dad came to fetch us home...
Aby,hui and I leave at 3am,
the rest of the guys stayed till quite late...

Day 4 of CNY

Went over to my Dad's friend place,
And sad to mention,
I lose over $30+ within an hour...
Anyway u win and lose money when u gamble,
so it's alright...

I dunno why,but somehow I think I did not do well for my 'O's...
I just got this feeling somehow...
And I dunno why?
I told my mum abt it,
and she was laughing away,
As, the day before I took my result,
I told my mum that I would be satisfied if I got 23points for my 'O's,
as this is what I get during my prelims in sch so I am likely to get this for 'O's...
Cos,this was what I expected I would get for my 'O's...

Chinese-3
Science-4
Combined Humanities-6 or 7
POA-7,8 or 9
But when I receive my result I dunno how many points I got...
Cos I was shocked for a moment and I was too nervous to count...
Awbh was beside me and she took a glance at my result slip,
And she just jumped around saying we can poly...
And at that moment I still dunno how many points I got,
I also jumped around with her...
And then I go show Aby my result slip and ask her how many points I got...
And she told me she dunno,
Cos mine and hers seem to be written differently,
So I went ard asking ppl how much I got...
And I dunno which kind soul told me I got 17 points...
So I saw Glad and we both jump together and cry...
And then everyone was crying and hugging together...
But now,
thinking of it I dunno wat I was happy for then?
Did I really do well?

Went to Sim Lim Square with my family,
cos I promised my sis that I will get her a mp3 if I clear my 'o' level,
And I did..
So I owe her an mp3...
But in de end she bought a sony camera instead,
my dad top up the rest of the money...

And dinner was at Thomson Plaza Swensen...

We did this last year when we take our 'N' level result...

Went Orchard with Aby,Awbh and Glady's ...

It's been long since we last went shopping together...

Anyway all of us managed to bought sth...

I bought a Zara skirt and top...

And I regretted not buying more tops,it's so cheap...

Went Cwp with Cg to eat Jack's place...

I had been craving for it for a long time...

After that, went Marina square...

I bought a Dorothy Perkins tops,Strawberry Body butter and Passion fruit Body scrub from bodyshop...

Thursday
Went Vivo City with my Mum...

After which,we went to Bugis to meet up with my sis,cousin wei and aunt...

Cousin wei actually treat us to eat Japanese food...

It's nice especially de dessert...

And I managed to buy a topshop tops and FANCL washing powder...

After which Dad came and drive us home...

I had been spending too much money this few day.

Sinful indulgence,and de worse part is I am not even working...

Gonna stop splurging too much...

I guess I got to stay at home this few day...

Went Night Safari ytd night...

Cos we were walking around and exploring...

We were still struggling in ADSS,
Complaining all the SST programme with have and all sort of things...
I will never forget the time I spent in ADSS...
They are precious memories...
Becos of ADSS I managed to know a bunch of good friends,

Glady's and I went to Taka early in de morning to help pack stock...
Initially we did had to go but in de end our supplier called and say that there was a shortage of manpower,so we need to go down and help...
Anyway we reach taka quite early...
Taka was not yet open..
But there was already alot of ppl busy clearing their stock...
Anyway Glady's and I jus slack around cos our supplier was not yet here...
And when our supplier came,
We started doing our work...
I was busy looking for cartons,
Cos we don not have enough cartons...
Anyway,I saw Fyda today...
After finish packing de stock at taka,
Glady's got to rush back home and so our supplier drop her off at Orchard mrt...
And I continue to follow my supplier...
He brought me to de forum,then to tangs,then we went to lucky plaza to eat,then to his office at ubi,then we went to centerpoint and finally back to tangs...
I didn't know what I was supposed to do there...
Cos beside me and my supplier, there is 3 other guys...
At such I dunno what I can help out...
And my supplier jus ask me to stand there and help him take care of de stock making sure that no one takes our product...
LoL...
Easy money to earn....
Anyway today was indeed an experience for me to know how busy a supplier can be...
Maybe I need to think twice if I wanna be a supplier...

Today is my last day working...
I had been a promoter in taka at de atrium...
And time flies really fast...
Today is already my last day...
And I feeling a bit depressing cos I gonna miss de friends I made there...
Esp all de slacker promoter...
I never regret working there...
Cos I get to know a great bunch of friends...
Though it's only a short period of time but the times that we spent together will never be forgotten...
Ya..
Anyway we went to eat buddy meal for lunch...
cos it's de last day so all slacker promoter went to eat together...

Today was a boring day,

I was damn bored today...
But there was no one I could simply talk to...
I was so happy when I saw fyda came down...

I am beginning to like my work more and more...
Even though I was supposed t go home but I would still stay and chat with them just like today...
I was supposed to knock off at 4.30pm...
But I ended up knocking off at 10pm...
Cos I stayed there and chated with them till de store closed...
And today,
we waited for Jeffrey for 2 freaking hours,
before we can get to eat our lunch...
Cos he was busy packing his stock and reynard ask us to wait for him too...
Anyway we bought KFC for our lunch,
and we eat it at de staff canteen...
It's de first time I eat with such big group...
I am glad that I know u all...
But tml will be a boring day,
cos Reynard and Almal is off tml...

I went to People Park's today to work...
Initially I was supposed to went to Somerset,
but after that my supplier called and asked me to go down to People Park's...
I was like what de hell...
Anyway I went,
and de worse part is that I waited there 2 freaking hours for my supplier to come...
And I was alone by myself...
Luckily Glady's and Awbh called me and chat with me...
In fact I wanted to run away halfway,
but when I called my supplier he say I can go up...
So,I went up registered my name and all that...
And I think never in my life I will go back there...
It's damn strict there...
U can't even bring your hp or wallet in...
So i told my supplier I wanted to go back Orchard...
But he pleaded me to help him today cos he can't find anyone to help,
so I agree...
But I was supposed to knock off at 9pm,
but I knock off at 8pm...
I really couldn't stand it...
After that ,
I went to find Glady's and grumble all my anger to her...
And we waited for baos to go home together...

Anyway I am currently working in Orchard...
And alot of ppl from ADSS is also there...
Btw Glady's is also working with me...
That way we can keep each other company...

before this job we had been a waitress in a cafe,

Cos de job don suit us.

Though I had found a job,
but I kind of miss de school,
I know this is contridicting...
But if I were to choose,
I would choose schooling then working...
I would rather listen to POA lesson then stand there doing nth...
I would rather sit at class than stand until my legs are swollen...

It really took us a long time to find our job..

And 'O' level is officially over...
Anyway after that I met up with baos and cg,
to go do our hair...
We went to Reds to do our hair..
I had my hair dye...
But they say my hair look as if it is not dye...
I don really like my hair in the state it is in right now..
I kind of miss my black hair...
I'll be dying back my hair back to black after a few months...
Anyway doing my hair there really cost me a bomb...
Plus I just bought a new colour carre shampoo,hair condition and hair treatment...
And now I am broke for de rest of de week...
Worse still,
I am jobless now!!!

I wanted to go swimming...
To de new woodland swimming complex...
But unfortunately Awbh and I could't found anyone to go with us...
Aby went to her bao mu house,
Cg and Glady's couldn't go...
So left with 2 of us...
Eventually we didn't go...
Went to CWP,
Awbh wanted to buy sth...
As well as she acompany me to buy UMD for my PSP...
After which we went to mac to slack...
Initially we wanted to go 302 to put games in our PSP..
But Glady's told us that de shop was closing soon...
So we wanted to go sembawang to game..
But ,
1 game cost $5...
And we thought it was not very worth it,
So Awbh started calling her cousin,
And in de end...
We went to her cousin house
And her cousin managed to help us find
sonic and harvest moon to put in our PSP...
Unfortunately she couldn't find crash..
I wanted to play crash...
But it was too exp and I didn't bring enough money...
Anyway it alright,
at least we managed to put a few games in our PSP...
After which we cab home...

national day celebration.

I am now in a deliemma...
Sometimes I really hope that I had not known certain things.
Perhap it would be better that way...
Things are getting more complicated..
The issue that had caused great controversy in our class is:
that the school is pushing us too harsh.
However if things were only this simpler.
We had told some of the teacher that the sch is pushing us too hard.
We had to stayed back in school everyday.
We just hope that the school will give us some time.
Perhaps just give us a break on friday.
And I think we are not making unreasonable request
Because,
From tuesday to tursday we stay back for SST
For monday and friday we had mock paper.
And where on earth can we find time to rest.
Even sat we had to come to sch,
and sunday we had our own tution.
The worse part is that some of us had to stay back till 7 in sch..
Besides,who on earth will go and study for mock paper.
Therefore,we just hope that the school will let us off on friday.
But there is also other problem there is worrying us.
Will teachers take over our fri time slot if the sch were to let us off?
The obvious answer is yes.
So for the point of letting us off if others teacher were to take over that time slot.
Anyway,
I am just troubled over the things that had been happening these few day.
Perhaps things would be better if it remained as what is it now.
And through this,
I really agree with what wei jie say in his blog,
"the whole world seems so superficial and fake
for all you noe, your 'bestfriend' actually hates you.
this whole thing is making me feel so insecure of the people around me.
again, nothing is permanent."
Sometimes I really hope I still remained as a child,
then I would not know how scary it is to be in this world.
I just hope things would get better...

I stayed back till abt 7pm today,
cos I failed Mr Goh test...
It's tiring mann and the worse part is,
this is only the start...
I got to stay for a week,
until I passed the next test...
Which is this friday.
But I doubt I can do so.
I used to enjoy doing math a lot,
but nowadays I just dread doing them,
cos I see math everyday,
from monday to sunday...
I am not kidding.
We got math lesson for monday and friday,
SST for math on Wednesday,
Mock exam for math every friday
Stay back after sch for math remedial everyday,
till 7pm..
Remedial during sat at 10pm,
and I had math tution on sunday...
At this rate,
I think I would soon get sick and disgusted by math.
There lots of teachers saying we are focusing too much on math,
but did they think of us,
do we have a choice,
I would like very much to study for other subject,
but do I have the time...
I reched home at 7pm after school.
How on earth do I have time to study,
except on sat and sun...

I didn't know why she ask de qns,
and I didn't know how she knew it,
until chu geok told me that my ez-link was in adps uniform.

I have to stay till 6.30pm evryday.
It's terrible.

falls on the same day,
After which I had English test

I turned 17...
Happy Birthday to myself.

Perhaps is not sth expensive.
But,

Kinda surprise.
And after school,
We went to Jack Place to eat.

School reopening tml.
And now my besties and I are all in deep soup.
We haven finish our homework.
And there tons of it,
I am not kidding.
I had been skiving during de holiday,
I know I had tons of homework waiting for me to do,
but I am just to lazy to do it.
Until today,
When I receive msg from almost everyone in class tat say:
Mrs goh homework must be handed in 2moro...
Then I recalled,
that I am still had homework not done.
Now I am in deep deep trouble.
And all my besties are rushing their homework now.
But, I doubt it's possible to finish my homework by today.
Perhaps,I would get someone to help me.

It's 8am now...
And I'm awake.
It a miracle,
for me to wake up such early
When there no school.
I need 9hours of sleep each day.

Therefore explain why I don't wake up early,
Plus I sleep at ard 2,3am.

I didn't slp at all today.
I went in bed at 4.30am,
after turning here and there,
I heard noises frm my kitchen,
So I decided to go out and check,

And so my mum was asking,

I tag along with them.
We went to her sch,

since I last had breakfast with my parent.

we return back home.
And my parent are back to slp.
Leaving me still awake.

after my tution.
Rush down to Awbh house right after my tution.
And I won money today.
But I think,
this would be de last mahjong session before sch open.
Sth I wonder,
What makes me so addicted to mahjong.

I only know I can't live without mahjong.

Mahjong Finally!!!
We finally manage to play mahjong.
Hooray.
I can't contain my joy.
It's been so long since I last play mahjong.
Not very long actually,
Just a few days.
It was a last minute plan.
Went Awbh cousin house to play,
With Aby,Awbh and her cousin.
I'm sad to say that,
I lose money today.
But that fine.
We win and we lose money.
Btw,I hereby anoounce that I am broke.
I had been withdrawing money all the while,
as if there are hell lots of money in my bank.
And now I am only left with a few bucks.
Okay.
Sound Pathetic.
I can't buy my Gucci Envy Me perfume le.
That dissapointing.

Went to Ikea with aby and awbh today.
Hmmm...
A bit dissapointing.
As,
we plan to play mahjong today.
But,
Haizz...
Sometimes I wonder,
Why izzit always de pathetic 3 of us?
Be it chalet,
Mahjong or watsoever...
We are always left with 3 of us.
And,
It's getting depressing.
Okay.
We always have to come up with a last minute solution.
So as not to spoil our mood totally.
I am not trying to blame anyone here,
But I just want to know why this is always troubling us.
Whereas others did not face such trouble.
And the worst things is,
when one cannot make it,
our events cannot go on.
Just like today,
when one of us cannot make it.
It left with 3pathetic person to play mahjong.
It's mahjong play with 3 person?
And we were cracking our head real hard,
Thinking of who we can call to play mahjong?
And I certainly hate that kind of things.
So I was wondering,
would we make it to Hong Kong at de end?
As what all of us wish.
All left with 3pathetic person to go.
I dunno de answer.
But that a big possibiity that,
not all of us are going.
I hope I guess wrongly.
Anyway,
our trip to Ikea,
was a fruitful one.
We bought lotsa things.
And I bought a few boxes,
to keep my things in.
I like buying box.
That my favourite things I like to buy.
In de end,
we have to take cab home.
But,
there stil a lot more things that I wanted to buy.
Too bad,I can't carry it home alone.
So,
I am going to Ikea with my family this week
And my Dad promised to buy me more boxes,
and candles for me.
Yeah.
But right now,
I am pondering over,
what should I buy.
Gucci Envy Me or Nike sling bag?
I dunno?
I can't make a choice.

Went town with chu geok today,
It's kinda boring.
I didn't bought much things as what I expected.
Only a dress.
And now I am regretting it.
Why did I buy it?
It's not that I didn't like it.
But I jus thought it quite expensive.
Not worth it.
And the fact that I bought it,
Eventhough it's so expensive.
Shopped till about 7+,
and we went kbox.
cos we were just too bored
and decided to go sing for a short while.
After that took cabby back home.
And it so difficult to flag for a cab man.
Anyway,
Having mahjong session tml with besties.
And I have been waiting for this day to arrive.

And if I have any leftover,
I would buy de red Nike sling bag.

When de day arrive,
will splurge like no one business.
I like de feeling.
But right now,
I am not confident that I will save enough,

But she criticise de colour that I choose was not nice.

She's my desk partner for almost 3 year.
We got caught by teachers often for talking in class.
Almost all de teacher had caught us before.

It was a last minute decision.

We are having mother tongue lesson everyday,

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Yeah,it's mother's day today,Happy Mother's Day to all mother's in the world out there.My sis and I bought cake for my mum today,it's chocolate delight.nice nice.my mum was kinda surprise cos she never expected that we would bought a cake for her. Talking about cake,I had been eating alot of cake this year.
